How do I use my pepper spray?

Here’s how to deploy your pepper spray most effectively:

1. Hold the spray in one hand and slide up the safety cap with your thumb.
2. Press firmly with your thumb in the center of the trigger. When you do, all functions activate at the same time.
3. Aim at the attacker’s eyes, then at the nose and mouth.

Please note that even after you release the trigger, the siren and light will continue to sound and flash until you turn them off by using a pointed object to push up the test lever on the side of the spray. This is a safety feature to prevent an attacker from turning off the siren and light.
